they got me sick, server put gf bread on same cutting board as regular bread, i told him, he threw it away, did the next one better, but i still got cross contamination from something and got sick

Good food. They were careful about cross contamination when I was there. I like that you can see everything they are doing with your food.

If I order gluten free bun, they ask if it is preference or allergy. If allergy they use separate cutting items and grill the sandwich in foil so it doesn’t touch the same grill as the regular buns.

They are very accommodating when you let them know you need gluten free bread. They make sure to clean their work space, get a new knife and line the grill with foil to ensure your safety.

Food is great I am sensitive to gluten and they keep an area cleaned and clean all utensils for me each time I go. You Ned to tell them gluten free though and they accommodate

I can confirm they have GF bread, most ingredients are inherently GF, they change their gloves for food allergies/Celiac and they foil the sandwich before putting it in the panini press. Super yummy also!

They have GF bread only in for small sandwich. They wrap it in aluminum foil and press the sandwich. They changed their gloves and washed the knife. Bread was decent little dry like all gf breads but did not break apart.

Delicious gluten free panini sandwiches! Gluten allergies are taken seriously here, no cross contamination.

The people there are amazing about GF I was so impressed. I specified that I had a gluten allergy and the employee changed gloves, fouled the GF sandwhich before going into the press and cut it using a disposable knife. I feel great and the food was awesome. Will be returning:)
