Review

I had the best Thanksgiving lunch at Hotel Alsace in Castroville. I talked to Chef Ricardo Garcia ahead of time and we reviewed the menu and what was safe. It was a buffet so I expected he would hold some food back for me and the rest of my gf family. Instead he brought out a beautiful full turkey just for us, along with sides and an antipasto platter. It was delicious and such a treat!
