Review of Hotel Casa del Mar

Called room service and asked if they had anything gluten free. They immediately suggested their gluten free pancakes. I asked about cross contamination and they assured me they had a separate griddle area for gluten free! They confidentiality answered all my questions and I feel pretty safe with what I got.
