Hotel Indigo Kansas City Downtown, an IHG Hotel

I ate here for breakfast. They had 2 gluten free options on the menu but multiple that could be made gluten free. I got the breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread. The waiter was very knowledgeable & helpful. He made sure to check about cross contamination & let me know that the potatoes are fried in the same place at the chicken tenders.
