The waitress had good knowledge about gluten and was able to offer most options as gluten free (a lot of the dishes around Dubrovnik are natural gluten free). The crab soup and seabass was nice! They also offered gf bread but it was not toasted and therefore pretty dry..

Hotel restaurant with lovely view right in front of the sea. The staff was knowledgeable and knew what coeliac was and told me 80% of the menu was gluten free or could be adapted for me. They even provided gluten free bread and there were a couple of desserts options
