Lovely service, staff were very helpful explaining the allergens and making changes to my evening meal to make a gluten free version of the club sandwich. They had a dedicated gluten free toaster and covered bread at breakfast on a separate table from any of the other breads so they couldn't be confused. All items had signs displaying the allergens so I felt confident knowing what I could and couldn't eat.

We stayed at The Grand a few nights last week and had the breakfast buffet each morning in the main restaurant. The manager took me around to explain what was safe, they had a separate table for gluten free bread and cereals. The eggs (scrambled, fried), bacon, sausages, etc were all GF. They do not use bread under the bacon as they do in the USA buffets. Coffee delicious. Worth it!
