Had a great experience for my first Austin hot pot experience! I was able to get 2 GF hot pot broths (labeled with an X through a wheat symbol) - veggie broth and Tom Yum. The menu in the store is labeled with GF items but there is not a dedicated kitchen.
Essentially, you get a hot pot of boiling broth on your table and you buy raw meats/veggies/etc to cook in the broth. I would avoid any of the marinated meats.
They also have a “sauce bar” to concoct your own dipping sauce but it’s not labeled and I assume a lot of the sauces contain soy sauce. Bring your own GF soy sauce if you can bc they don’t have any.
Overall, great experience! Since you cook your own food at the table you can control what goes into your food. I had no issues eating here!
