Limited options but that's ok. We got to eat a real thanksgiving meal (turkey & potatoes with no gravy) and were lucky enough to work with a waitress who has a daughter with celiac. If you aren't the type to turn away from a truck stop restaurant attached to a gas station, add The Big Stop to your list. Note: soyfree options also available.
