House Blend Cafe

I went here because of all of the good reviews. I went in and there is no indication anywhere on their menu of gluten free. The salads that the woman pointed out to me as being the only thing they had that was gluten free were all premade so I have no idea if any precaution was taken for cross contamination which I will assume it was not and half of the salads came with croutons. I was told the tortilla strips on the mexican salad were corn so that automatically makes them safe. I ended up ordering food for others and not eating here.

Staff was very knowledgeable. I had a chicken burrito in a bowl. It was a little spicy but balanced with the rice. Very good. Good coffee too. Loved the soft Christian music.

Quite a few gluten free items and very knowledgeable staff. Tried the green salad with curry chicken and it was delicious! Great prices. When in the area I would definitely return.

Salads, rice bowls... Just ask and they'll make your food however you like.
