This place is a favorite where I work and they order from here often and host company meetings at the restaurant. They offer a gluten free crust and I believe they really try not to contaminate it during preparation. Unfortunately every time I’ve had their pizza I’ve gotten sick. Sick enough to ruin my whole weekend. The toppings aren’t kept separate and the pizza is cooked in the same oven. They would need a separate make table, cut table, and oven for their pizza to be safe for someone with celiac disease or a gluten allergy.
