Bake GF breads on Wednesday and Sunday every week. Have a few different options of GF bread, even a chocolate loaf. Not sliced-full loaves. We roasted prior to making sandwiches and had good flavor, need to keep in fridge and toast before making sandwiches. Overall very good. Daughter loved the GF blueberry muffin and she doesn’t usually like blueberries.
