The food was good, but some lacked flavor. My favorites were the ginger chicken basil land chow fun. I did not think much of the beef, mushrooms and pea pods nor the garlic broccoli. The cashew chicken also lacked flavor.

They do have GF options, and if you eat meat, you’ll have quite a bit to choose from, but not so many GF and vegetarian/vegan options… what they do have is fine in a pinch, but not the most flavorful.

I ordered take out and marked two items as gluten free with an allergy. I decided to test the food with my Nima partners gluten sensor and both dishes came back as gluten detected. Very sad. For folks that can eat gluten, this is a fantastic place.

Absolutely fantastic. I have celiac and have never had a reaction. Being able to have safe gluten free Chinese food has been amazing. The portions are generous, the staff are great.

Our favor Chinese food in the area. Our daughter has celiac and we order here quite often. Our favorites are the Taiwanese Noodles with Chicken or Pork and the House Special Chicken. We also order Pork Fried Rice. Other GF items we have enjoyed are Beef with Peppers and Chow Foon Noodles. We have never had a problem.

Large clearly labeled GF menu. I have ordered delivery a number of times and have never been sick. The food is great, I love being able to get good gf chinese delivery! Giving 4 stars because the fried rice doesn’t have soy sauce in it so its not really fried rice which the menu did not make clear and they don’t label which items are GF inside the delivery bag with a mixed order of gf and regular items (however the gf item in the mixed order was easily identifiable from the rest of the order so it wasn’t a big deal)

Best variety of gluten free options for a Chinese restaurant. No dedicated fryer so any fried favorites are out, but still much to choose from, including the fried rice. Knowledgeable staff, options clearly marked on the menu.

Excellent menu that clearly labels each item for allergies (gf, veg). So many options for celiac. Excellent food. Waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We love house of Chang!!! Everything is great and anyone can dine here- they're very knowledgeable about gluten and other allergies. The owner has her own personal experiences with allergies.

Ordered takeout from here and it was great. They delivered it to us in Harvard Sq very quickly and they even included packets of GF soy sauce in the bag. The food was tasty and I had no reaction (I have celiac).

Decent selection of GF options. I've heard that if you ask most things could be made gluten free; but when we asked, we got a blank stare. Oh well. Food was delicious.

Authentic, delicious Chinese food. The owner is friendly and conscientious and can make 80% of the menu gluten free. Would be a regular spot for me if I lived in the area
