I was confident about safety after speaking with a manager about my GF needs. I'm glad I still had some Nima test capsules: 2/3 items I'd ordered tested as low gluten, which is still likely to be over 20 ppm. I was only able to safely eat the fried rice. While it was very tasty, I was quite disappointed that I couldn't eat the kung pao or Singapore noodles as well.

Amazing Wasn't sure where to take a few people that isn't normal "Chicago" and found this place. It was fantastic. They could tell you when ordering what can and cannor be modified and they did not disappoint

The menu says "we can prepare most items gluten free, just tell your server ". Our waiter was very knowledgeable and the ordering process was easy. I did nnot have a reaction.

We shared egg drop soup, it was velvety and had that home made chicken broth flavor. Simple, but delicious.

We shared chicken almond ding and it had all those traditional Cantonese flavors of the white sauce with a great variety of vegetables and incredibly delicate white meat chicken.

Lastly, we shared pork egg fu young. The gravy was thick and silky, not very flavorful but the pancakes were delicious and fried to perfection. Usually egg funyoung is greasy, this was not oily at all.

The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and the menu is huge.

Wow! This place is delicious!! So many gf options. Staff understand and is very good about gf procedures. I got the gf chicken Pad Thai which had an amazing flavor and these delicious skinny glass rice noodles! I also got the gf chicken fried rice with gf soy sauce and it was perfect! I got 2 large dishes for $28. Well worth it! I will definitely have a few meals out of these!

Staff is very knowledgeable about what can be made gluten free. Most items can be made GF except breaded items. Had Mongolian Beef and a shrimp spring roll. Offered GF soy sauce, hot mustard, sweet&sour and chili sauce. We will be back.

This place is amazing when it comes to taking food allergies serious! From calling and them answering every question to placing the order marking everything gluten free and explaining how they cook everything in the back. Definitely will be back!!

Love this place! Have ordered several times. Amazing gluten free fried rice. I get the chicken kow as well. Non Celiac family members love their gluten orders. Have never gotten sick! It's a little bit of a hike for us but worth it.

The staff were very knowledgeable about what could and couldn’t be made GF. Pre-covid they could do GF breading but not currently... I’ll be waiting! The options aren’t marked on their online menu unfortunately, but just ask!

This was our go to Chinese place for gluten free food pre COVID. They had the BEST sweet and sour chicken and I’ve never gotten sick. We still order from there, but their gf menu is significantly reduced which is disappointing. The fried rice, beef and broccoli and Mongolian beef are our go tos. They can make most anything GF, owner is awesome with allergies
