Our waiter was knowledgeable about celiac disease. He checked with the chef that the fish of the day (mahi mahi) was or could be made gluten free. Dinner came with rice and steamed asparagus. Also had a salad with butter lettuce, tomato, and Maui onion. Server did not recommend the GF bread. The servers that brought the food knew that it was for someone with celiac disease.

I ate at the breakfast buffet one morning. I talked to the chef about what was safe for me. I limited myself to the omelet station and some fresh fruit even though the chef said other things like the roast beef was gluten free.

I returned for dinner another night. This waiter was also knowledgeable able celiac disease. I had the fish of the day (moon fish) and a salad made with butter lettuce. The fish came with steamed rice and sautéed asparagus. The moon fish was excellent.
