Not very knowledgeable about their gluten free options or cross contamination. It took them 5 minutes to find their GF menu and had to be coached through cc.

I asked him to change his gloves and he did and immediately grabbed a bun. I explained he needed to change his gloves again so he did and then grabbed the buns again and then grabbed the brisket with the same gloves. I stopped and told him I can't eat any of it with him being that careless and contaminated the whole brisket. Wouldn't recommend eating any of it.

Solid Texas BBQ! There is a separate menu that lists everything that’s gluten free. I had the ribs and turkey with baked beans and potato salad. Simply stuffed afterwards! The in-house sauces are wonderfully flavored.

Staff was excellent! The main chef’s brother has celiac and he knew all about it and cross contamination. The guy cutting the meat offered to wash the utensils. We will definitely be back!

Called ahead and they were very clear about what items were gluten-free—multiple meats, multiple sides, and both sauces. When we came in I told them again that I had celiac and one of the workers family member also has it and is very knowledgeable. He informed all the other workers and they all made sure everyone to change their gloves and get clean utensils and went to a clean space. They were all very accommodating and happy to help ensure that I felt safe eating. One of the most enjoyable dining out experiences I’ve had! Will definitely be back!
I got a baked potato with chopped brisket & a side of potato salad and was very happy :)
