Huck House Brunchette

My 3 yo has a severe wheat allergy. Huckhouse has a gf-friendly menu with waffles and pancakes. I have gone many times without issue but yesterday had some cross-contamination. Spent the morning managing my child as she went into anaphylaxis. It seems like their disciple keeping things separate is slipping. The waffles were also slightly charred so either the griddle needs more cleaning or they are letting food quality slip. Sad to say I do not recommend this place any more for people with GF food needs.
