I purchased the burger buns, finger buns, pizza slices, white bread. So good. The bread was great fresh and froze really well. I ordered online and did a pick up, so easy! Dedicated GF bakery. Recommend!!!

Amazing range! The turkey cranberry baguette was delicious, so much so that I forgot the bread was gluten free (!!!). Great option to stroll down to if you’re shopping at the Bondi Junction Westfield ☺

Hudson's Bakery is family owned and grew out of a need for the owner Sandra Hudson to provide GF options for her children to take to school in their lunch boxes. Being fussy eaters, it was hard to find anything remotely appealing for them to eat. Kirsten Paris, the head chef, came on board and together, with a few GF expert baking friends, they developed a selection of homemade, traditional farm-style, made-in-your-grandma's-kitchen type food. Simple, delicious baked goods that will take you back to your childhood. Our best seller is our Plain Sandwich loaf which is so soft you can have sandwiches. So rare for Gluten Free. Come down and try is for yourself.

Absolutely delighted to stumble upon this hidden gem. Full gluten free bakery with loads of different things on offer, from loads of bread, pizza slices, cookies, brownies! Everything looked amazing. The lady serving was very sweet and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

I found Hudsons Bakery on Find Me GF app! They are a short walk from my apartment and I am soooo thrilled to have found them ! I purchased the brownie, Carmel slice, ginger bread man and bagel ! I am obsessed, the food is so so good and a great selections of goods, the staff are so friendly and helped me chose what to buy as it was my first time. I am already looking forward to going back! 5/5 from me!

This bakery is entirely gluten free. They do nice large loaves of bread, all sorts of sweet things like brownies and cakes, as well as sandwiches. Perhaps there used to be a ‘dine in’ area prior to covid, but this seems to have been cleared and is currently takeaway only. Prices include $6 for a brownie and $12 for a loaf of bread.
