I had a wrap without the wrap aka made into a salad. It was ok. The chicken pieces were not good. The server was aware of dietary needs and very pleasant. My order came out incorrect and she did not notice until i pointed it out. Meh is my conclusion. Maybe I’ll try a burger next time

I have celiac disease. We ate here twice based on other recommendations. They were very knowledgeable about celiac disease and GF options. I ordered the Wildcat burger on a GF bun. It was the best burger I've had in my 15 years of being GF! On my next visit I had the whiskey steak and they made sure everything was prepared GF. I had red potatoes and baked beans as sides and they doubled my potato portion in lieu of a breadstick. The steak was delicious! Perfectly cooked and seasoned.

I really enjoyed their gluten free bun. Be careful everything is fried in same fryer. The fries are NOT gluten free. They have a coating on them. I had the classic burger with sautéed mushrooms on a gf bun & side of steamed broccoli. The bun did NOT fall apart and was very fresh. I was impressed.

There’s no gluten free menu but the staff is super knowledgeable about cross contamination and celiac disease. They have a gluten free bun option, and most items can be made gluten free.

The food was awesome! The waitstaff was very knowledgeable about Gf /celiac. The owners family member has CD. No GF menu but they definitely accommodate!

The waitress/bartender who took my order over the phone was super knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. She made me feel very comfortable even asks about allergy or preference. Ordered the whitefish, coleslaw, and quartered potatoes. Was delicious and no reaction.

This was a pretty painful experience. Waitress had no idea what was gluten free on the menu and started offering me meatless options lol
Hudson’s can turn most of their menu into gluten free dishes. I have had no issues with cross contamination. If you actually have celiac make sure to alert your waitstaff. They still do GF for those with diets, however the kitchen obviously does extensive work to keep it cross contamination free for those with serious food allergies. 10/10 from me!
