I go here frequently and the staff is always knowledgeable about the food prep and I have never felt symptoms of contamination afterwards. They have a GF menu (ask for a regular menu too because the GF one doesn’t have details about the dishes), and a lot of the dishes are already GF. My favorites are the beef pho, seafood curry, and beef/shrimp bahn xeo.

It can be so hard to find good takeout as a Celiac. Ordered from Hue tonight and everything was great. When we called to order, the hostess was very clear that they have procedures in place to avoid cross-contamination and she listed the top items they have that are gluten free.

I've been here many times and always get Pho with chicken (and specify celiac). To be honest, I have doubts about just about everything else on the menu.
That said, I've never had a reaction. The Pho is quite good.

Gluten-free items are clearly labeled on their menu. Vietnamese Crepes are SO good (order the traditional fish sauce, you'll thank me). Really good service, too. We ordered for delivery via a third-party service (GrubHub) and noted that we had Celiac - they actually called us immediately after to let us know one of the items we ordered was friend in a shared frier to make sure we'd be safe. They changed our order for us (cross-contamination is a no-go) and our dinner was delicious and completely safe. Definitely coming back again!

*Original 2012 review, updated in 2016.*
Mostly well-labeled food. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options and gluten-free food aplenty.
I knew a server there and when she brought up concerns over the GF labeling they were extremely apathetic about it. Even when she had a customer with a genuine allergic reaction. They were basking in the glow of supposed "good-labeling," but didn't actually care. I hope they've shaped up, but I will never go back.
It's not labeled, but peanut sauce is not gluten-free, despite being paired with a menu item labeled GF. I even asked my server about the sauce, but they said was GF and I got sick.

They have a separate menu that lists gluten free options. The peanut sauce has never been advertised as gluten free, so not sure what happened with that reviewer. Food is a little expensive and the portions are never the same which is why I am only giving 4 stars.
Good GF options. The Chicken Curry is out of this world.
I've been here two or three times. The only meal that I have had is the seafood Medley I believe it is called. A huge bowl full of shrimp, calamari, scallops, vegetables, and rice. It is enough for two meals. It is delicious. Worth the trip
Menu is flagged with items that are GF and vegetarian. Small but very savvy staff.
