Review of Hugo's

Not as safe as it used to be. The waiter didn’t know anything about celiac so the manager came to the table to discuss options and then proceeded to tell me that things fried in the cross contaminated fryer were safe because, “gluten burns off over a certain temperature.” If you are Celiac or very sensitive be extra careful here.
