I called to order takeout after reading the older reviews on here. The woman on the phone didn’t know what I was talking about when I said I have celiac disease. We had to do a bit of back and forth, with her asking her coworkers about GF items and prep, before she realized I was asking for a decontaminated space with clean utensils/surfaces/gloves. They do have GF items marked on the menu but it seems it’s a little more for casual GF eaters than for celiac. One item in particular with spicy tuna is marked GF, and the woman told me that couldn’t be GF since they put flavoring and marinade in the tuna. All of that being said - I did not get sick, and the food was really yummy. GF soy sauce was provided and labeled as such. The options are fairly plain, but if you are into plain fish+rice kind of sushi, it’s a good place to try.
