Had a good bowl here. 95% of their menu is gluten free. They are quite aware of food allergies and made my bowl with no issues. Sauces are also gluten free.

Staff was all very knowledgeable about celiac disease. Staff double checked with the kitchen that there was no risk of cross contamination. They assured me that the only thing on the menu that has gluten is the bun used for the breakfast sandwich, and that it is toasted on parchment so it does not touch the cook top. They also noted my gluten allergy for the kitchen with no problems. I got the West Coast Breakfast Bowl. I am a symptomatic celiac and had no reaction. Felt very safe eating here!
