When I placed my order at the counter the worker seemed very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination, however there was a worker who really clearly didn’t care about keeping things separate from my burger. He brought me my burger I asked to confirm it was gluten free and he said “no”. Glad I didn’t take a bite. He then pointed at the fries and said I could just eat the ones that were on the tray next to the gluten bun. He then said “I’m just going to put the burger on a gluten free bun” and transfer. I told him that would make me sick and I needed a fresh patty. Another worker apologized and I said it was fine but when they brought me out my actual gluten free burger I didn’t feel comfortable eating it. I just want people to be aware that this place isn’t as safe as people are making it out to be.

I lived in Moscow for a little over 2 years and I frequented Humble Burger probably once a week on average. Their menu is very simple but their food is extremely flavorful and well-made. They're extremely conscious of different types of food allergies/preferences, whether it's gluten free, vegan/vegetarian, or dairy free.
For burgers, their meat patties are gluten free and they offer gluten free buns or lettuce wraps. Their Humble Sauce (which is FANTASTIC!) is completely gluten free (and you can also buy them by the jar there or at the Moscow Food Co-Op), and all their french fries are gluten free by default (no juggling between fryers).
They also offer gluten free milkshakes (not dairy free, sadly but if you're okay with dairy, they're amazing!) and gluten free chicken nuggets! There's probably some other stuff on their menu that I never got but this was a staple restaurant for me for over 2 years. Their service is great (get their loyalty card and every 10th burger or whatever is free!), their food is great, and their business is great. Couldn't recommend more!!!

My Mom, sister, and I ate here while visiting my sister. We’re all celiacs. This place was so delicious! They have a gluten free bun but it isn’t listed on the menu. I got the chicken nuggets and they were amazing. Great breading! The fries are truly gf because nothing containing gluten ever goes into the fryer. My Mom and sister both got burgers. My Mom couldn’t believe the bun was gf. It didn’t crumble or fall apart at all. I was bummed that we could only eat there once during our trip because I really wanted to come back and get a burger!

The best gluten free chicken nuggets I have EVER had. 11 year old celiac niece LOVED THEM.

Very knowledgeable. Steered me away from the burger as there was a risk of xcontamination, and steered me toward GF chicken nuggets and fries (dedicated fryer ). Whaaaaat? I can’t remember the last time I had chicken nuggets out side my home. And they were delish!!! As was the chai milkshake 😃😃😃

Dedicated fryer for french fries and their gluten/dairy free chicken nuggets! Their burgers without the bun are awesome!
