Humble Moon Folkstead and Saloon

Sara and Dan have created a wonderful business at Humblemoon Saloon. Chef Dan is gluten free so he knows what he is going. They provide a basic standard menu of burgers and chicken patty sandwiches. They have daily specials so thrr is always something new to try. They do have a dedicated frier and most of the fried items are gluten free. My favorite appetizer is the cheese curds. They do have a house made gluten free roll that they use for hamburgers but can use for any other sandwiches as well. Stop in for a visit. You won't disappointed.
