Humboldt Smokehouse

It was delicious. Most everything is gluten free except for the bread for the sandwiches, wraps for the burritos, and the Mac & Cheese. The reason I'm giving it a low rating is because I found a few pieces of the Mac & cheese in my meat. I found it after I had already eaten a great deal of my meal and within an hour was sick. So great food that is gluten free but not good with cross contamination if you are at all sensitive.

I ate here three times when traveling through the area because I enjoyed it so much. Mashed sweet potatoes with no dairy were wonderful. Everything clearly marked.

Gf options, but the quality of food was just okay. Nothing special in our opinions. We've had better BBQ elsewhere, sorry to say. They have nothing but pork and I was also hoping for some beef options.

There isn't a GF menu, but pretty much everything besides the bread for the sandwiches should be GF. I had the taco trio on corn tortillas, and had one each of chicken, pulled pork, and burnt ends tacos. I had the baked beans and potato salad as sides. My favorite things were the burnt ends taco and the potato salad. I will definitely come back for those items.

No #gf menu, but rubs and sauces are safe... according to the kitchen, only the bread used for sandwiches contains gluten.
