Hummingbird offers gluten free bread which allowed my daughter to have gluten-free French toast. they also offer fruit bowls, omelettes and home fries all tasty which are gluten-free.

Delicious. Caribbean food. Spice level is clearly marked (none -> spicy), and they were extremely knowledgeable about gluten and what is safe. All the hot dishes are GF as they are. No fries, and they didn’t have GF buns on hand for the sandwiches, but that is usually an option.
