I was the one who added this restaurant on because I can not believe that it’s not listed here! I’m a college student at CMU who decided to call this place (which is a mile away from my dorm) to ask if they had any gluten free options, just out of curiosity as I saw nothing here or online that suggested they did. But they do! Just goes to show that sometimes the internet is not enough information. The man on the phone told me that almost every item on the menu can be altered to fit gluten-free criteria. I ordered delivery (which is free on orders over 10$) so I cannot comment on the environment of the restaurant, or what happens in the kitchen, but I can say that I did not get sick at all and I am highly sensitive. A good place to go when you’re a resident of Mt. P or if you’re visiting one of CMU or what have you. Definitely recommend. *Note: the reason why I tagged gluten free menu without the Hunan House having a dedicated menu is because in a way their regular menu is 90% gluten free, or can be made that way*
