The waitress and cooks did not know what gluten was and offered to make my sauce separate from my GF sweet and sour chicken. I told her the sweet and sour sauce is not the problem, it's what they bread the chicken with that could sicken me. I asked if she knew what gluten was and she again offered to separate the sauce. I'm sure the food is delicious, I just couldn't risk eating there so we paid for our tea and politely left.
