The banh cuon are out of this world! They are chewy and delicious. I’m giving 5 stars for flavour but be warned: they don’t know what GF is; if you speak Viet, it’ll be easier to ask about specific dishes. We ordered #12 banh cuon simply to avoid the fried fried squid cakes to be safe. We also avoided the nuoc cham in case their fish sauce contained gluten and made our own at home. It may sound like a lot of work, but you do what you gotta do when you get a craving for banh cuon!
