Found this restaurant on this sight seeing that I have Celiac disease. I told waitress and she wasn’t sure and she will ask. The manager/owner came over to the table and said he would make mine with corn starch and gluten free soy sauce!! Well needless to say the dinner was DELICIOUS and I finally was able to eat and not worry. We will be going again when we’re back in Albany
