Mexican cantina experience. Food mainly gf due to nature of Mexican cuisine.

It's a mixed bag of good and unfortunate. The guacamole is GF but the chips are not. So I brought in a bag of my own and enjoyed. Margaritas are great and alcohol used is GF. There is a GF menu BUT, the fryer is shared so anything you would want that has an ingredient fried is not good for Celiac Disease. Your friends will love the place, you'll have a difficult time navigating the menu and finding a good option.

Fantastic choice for safe food! The food was very good, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. They have a separate gf menu and are knowledgeable. I had the taquitos and chips with bean dip.

The server was really nice but I definitely got sick from this place. I had chips and chicken/rice. Pretty certain it was from the chips unfortunately.

Chips are fried in same area as all flour, they are corn but definitely can taste the flour. Lots of cross- contamination. I have Celiac and as the do have a nutritional/ vegan/GF options, they do not understand Gluten Free not do they practice safe handling. Vet disappointed.

Good food, not so good for celiacs. I was given a gluten free menu and then told that certain things on that menu are not really gluten free. There is no dedicated fryer, so even though the chips aren’t house made and would be gluten free, the chips used in my nachos were refried and contaminated.

Dinner was very good. Chips, salsas and guacamole were GF. They had a special for 2/22/22 with 2 tacos & 2 margaritas for $22. I had the chicken tacos and they were good. Many GF items on the menu.

Food was good, but ingredient pairings are not mainstream flavors, and they do not handle substitutions well. Also, portion size is small. $17 for 2 tacos on corn tortillas, and a small side of beans/rice.
Staff was nice, and went to the chef with any questions they couldn't answer upon ordering.

Our server had a cheat sheet for the menu when asked about the dishes. Super helpful and nice. The food was excellent.

They do not have a separate gf menu but they said almost anything could be made gf. The guacamole was great and so were the nachos. I also ate their chips and sauce which were better than most.
Said I was celiac and was given breaded shrimp tacos. Took a bite before realizing. Was NOT happy. Waiting for the reaction to take place now.... Replaced the food with correct tacos. Otherwise chips rice beans and margarita was all gluten free and safe to eat. Manager was nice about the mistake but when you react for the next day or so on your vacation it's hard to be happy anything at that point.
Unfortunately, there are only two safe meals for celiac on the menu - fish or shrimp baja tacos. the server was veey knowledgeable, I just wish there had been more guaranteed GF options. :(

They do not have a separate GF menu but have a very knowledgable staff. About 90% of their menu is GF without any modifications needing to be done. Our server was a celiac herself so she was extremely helpful. The chicken enchiladas were so good.
Great food. Was told I could have almost anything. If it was served in a flour tortilla they would switch it to corn.
Yes
They do not have a gluten free menu. They told me the steak tacos were gluten free, but my stomach bothered me all night and the next day, so I'm thinking they were not 100% gluten free.
Inside the Mandalay Bay, has a gluten-free menu/vegan. Had a gluten-free burrito for the first time in ages. Very good & very good margaritas & guacamole.
