Great experience here as the food itself is so delicious, regardless of gluten free or not. They do not have a separate menu or marked items on the menu. They have a lot of servers, some of them more knowledgeable than others about gluten free. I'm vegetarian as well. Their wok fried noodles are rice noodles and gluten free. Some of their grilled meats are NOT because of marinade. The egg noodles may also have wheat. I got the vegetarian curry (item #82) and it was wonderful. Server said manager would come by for order but never did, so I'm not 100% confident, but I think high chance they are safe with cross contamination.

I love this restaurant and the owners and staff. I eat there frequently. But am careful about what I order. No designations in the menu but they do have a list in the kitchen. Duck salad is amazing (hold the fried onions). Lovely spring rolls. I order them with fish rather than peanut sauce, etc.

Delicious food & knowledgeable staff who understand celiac. Tell them you need gluten free & they’ll advise on options. Most items GF except for grilled meats.

The staff is knowledgeable about gluten free options and the food is delicious!!! I've had a hard time finding good gluten free Vietnamese options and Huynh definitely does not disappoint. Their noodle cakes topped with seafood stir fry is seriously amazing. Like, dream about it at night, delicious. I've visited many times now without any reactions or contamination and every member of the staff has been so friendly and helpful.
