Food was good. Pretty average lettuce wrap but ther service was incredible. It makes a true difference to be welcomed in somewhere

Yummy food, fries are safe but burgers are grilled in the same place as their buns. Im severe celiac and it ended up making me distended the third time eating here.

Good lettuce wrap hamburger a lot like In and Out. They only have 6-7 menu items. They on fry the French fries that are gf which made it nice to enjoy the French fries.

Good food. Had a lettuce wrap instead of bun and fries were safe. Not super confident about cross contamination for people with celiacs,, but did not have a reaction.

I went in the other day completely scared because it was one of the only places nearby on this app. Everyone working were teens so I wasn’t too confident that I wouldn’t get sick but I was starving. It took awhile. It was busy, but that never bothers me if precautions are taken. This kid walks my lettuce wrap burger out. Dedicated fryer. I DID NOT get sick. Sadly no buns for us, but I was pleasantly surprised. Just wish they told a manager first.

The fries were good but we skipped the burgers. I observed one worker scraping a burnt bun off on the grill flicking the crumbs every where. There is no way this is a celiac safe place. In fact in the future I probably wouldn’t even watch the fries after waiting in line for a burger and watching how the kitchen is run. They set the frozen fries next to the griddle while doing other stuff and that was the same time the bun scraping was going on. Not a safe place for a celiac at all.
No
Told the owner I was celiac he immediately went to the kitchen and had them clean the grill to prevent cross-contamination. Got a 202 with a lettuce wrap, delicious, not sick so far. Highly recommend. Love the food, owner, and fun atmosphere.
Yes
Just burgers and fries nothing eles but thay do it well. No gluten free buns thay do a lettuce wrap. We have ate hear the last 3 years with no problems. Burgers run a bit small so get at least a double or triple. The owner is super friendly.
Original cashier over charged us by $16, had to ask the cook how to give refund “thinks” he gave us a refund then had to redo the entire and was over charged a second time, fries were so over cooked they tasted like burnt crisps no potato what so ever. While they may have a “dedicated fryer” it’s only because they don’t sell food other than burgers and fries however it is certainly not worth going to
Had the burger in the lettuce wrap, loved the fries!!
We don’t understand why there were so many positive reviews recommending this as a good place for Celiacs. The guy at the cash register was helpful at first, but the more questions/requests I had to try to prevent cross-contact, I could tell he was getting tired of me. It was okay. None of us got sick but this isn’t a place I’d go out of my way for. Yes, the fryer is dedicated for fries only, but aside from that there’s nothing that is probably truly safe for those of us with Celiac.
No Gluten free buns, only lettuce wraps. Not many options.
Very welcoming place, kid friendly and well priced. Lettuce wrapped burger was yummy, recommend at least a 102 burger.
Yes
Fryer is dedicated, and the fries are great. They do a lettuce wrap in place of the bun, but the burger patties and buns are grilled on the same griddle.(buns on the back, patties up front) They scrape it clean if you mention gluten intolerance. There is definitely cross contamination issues. Not acceptable for celiac. I took a chance and paid the price. Good food for fries though. Great food for the gluten tolerant folks.
Very knowledgeable staff! She asked if I was Celiac so there is absolutely no cross contamination! They even have a dedicated fryer! This is a dream come true for Celiac burger/french fry lovers! FYI - I did a lettuce wrap.
Yes
LOVE finding a place with a dedicated fryer and the place definitely has personality
Burgers were smaller, but you have the option of 1/2/3 patties so you can get more if you want. All they do is burgers and fries, and they do them really well. The staff was also extremely friendly. My new favorite burger joint at the coast!
Yes
Delicious grass fed burgers and fresh cut fries. Able to get burger lettuce wrapped or they have cheeseburger French fries. They only do burgers and fries so there is no cross contamination with the fries and fryer. I would choose this place over any other burger joint on the coast.
