They have a pastry box with gluten free English muffins, bread, and bagels. Texture was a little grainy, but I commend them for trying! I didn't toast any of mine, which likely would have improved the experience, but it's a shared Toaster and I didn't take that risk. I did eat bacon and potatoes from the regular buffet area and did not have a reaction.
