Review of Hyatt Regency Conference Center San Antonio

Ordered the gluten free pancakes. Came out and I tested them in the Nima sensor and gluten showed up saying it had gluten in it. Sent it back and just made my own food at the table. They were very nice but I couldn't eat there with celiac disease.
