Review of Hyatt Regency Phoenix

The kitchen at this hotel understands Celiacs. I was in touch before coming for a conference -and all my meals have come out seperately, carefully wrapped in Saran wrap, and I've had no reaction. It's delicious and I feel safe eating while travelling!
