Usually cautious about hotel breakfasts, but this felt safe. Can order off a menu or buffet style. Limited GF options on the menu and staff didn’t seem to know what else on the menu could be made GF. Buffet was laid out very well for allergies, and bread/gluten containing items were removed(separate) from the main eggs, bacon, etc. No issues after eating here three mornings.

I had a meal here from the hotel catering for a work function I was attending. I tend to get a little nervous in this situations but I felt very well taken care of here. The manager let me know they had made the entire(!!) meal was gluten free. (Not the bread basket, but everything else.) I had salad with vinaigrette, airline chicken breast, green beans, a kind of cauliflower rice type deal with a sauce, and even a flourless chocolate torte. Having a safe meal was absolutely priceless!
