Lots of GF options and Staff very helpful with steering us in the right direction! My daughter who has Celiac disease ate 3 full meals a day and never got sick! And the food was delicious!

If you check in as gluten free at the beginning of your stay, every restaurant on premises will be alerted to it upon your arrival.

I was disappointed to not see posted anywhere that you have to be a guest at the Hyatts in Cancun in order to eat there as the resorts are all inclusive.
