Review of Hydraulic Hearth

They don’t have any dedicated workspace so this place is it for the truly gluten sensitive, but they do make a gluten-free pizza with creative toppings. The crust is not my favorite, but it does work in a pinch. They also have chicken wings and other gluten free items, and lots of ciders and a full liquor bar.
