Review of Hyman's Seafood Co

Absolutely amazing! I had the shrimp and grits and our waiter Kevin was very knowledgeable of gluten free foods. I had previously looked up the menu online so I knew what I wanted but he still asked if I wanted a physical gluten free menu. He put in a ticket with the kitchen and also put a special note on my meal when we ordered. Someone from the kitchen brought out the wrong shrimp and grits to my table and Kevin noticed immediately after it was placed in front of me and told me to not eat it and he got the correct meal. Very impressed with the attention to detail and safety. Oh and the shrimp and grits were AMAZING!
