They offer PLAIN ahi tuna and salmon (other Poke restaurants only offer marinated options that include soy sauce so not gluten free/friendly) and their brown rice is just steamed brown rice no additives. The white rice does have rice vinegar.
Most of their sauces contain soy, but the employee who helped me was helpful and patient listing the ingredients of their spicy Mayo which I was able to have.
Their wasabi is the powder pure wasabi that they mix with water, no gluteny fillers.
While I’m sad to no longer have my favorite toppings like seaweed salad, crab salad, and ponzu sauce because those contain gluten—I was still able to build an enjoyable bowl. And the staff was more than willing to answer any questions I had about ingredients. I’m new to gf/celiac so I still get anxiety having to ask a million questions at restaurants but they were great.
