Despite the goofy ass name, lots of GF options. GF bread, GF Mac and cheese, and GF tater tots (not fried) are available. They’ve even got stuff like a chicken Parmesan Mac and cheese bowl or a Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese bowl (grilled) that can be made gluten free.
Bonus: they have an allergen chart at the beginning of their line that shows you every item in the restaurant and what allergens are present.
I’m lucky I even clicked on their website… the name had me ignoring this place for a while, but it’s actually got a LOT more GF options than most chains.

If you are sensitive at all to cross contamination, I would personally not recommend this to you. It’s a buffet style set up and when we asked they could not tell us which toppings were GF.
It looks delicious and if you aren’t GF it’s probably a great spot though.

Owners are soooo nice! They cooked the Mac and cheese in a separate area, and told us they took precautions for gluten free. They were a really friendly family and the food, both gluten and gluten free, was great!

I got glutened here! i asked them to change their gloves and they were happy to do so but while i wasn’t looking i believe they mixed my bowl with the same spatula used on other ones and i’m not sure if they have a separate one available or not. if you are more on top of it than me you’ll probably be fine and it was good food but not at all worth the amount of pain i am currently in. i wouldn’t go again because the chance of this happening again is very present.

So in theory this place is great as they have separately portioned gluten free pasta. Unfortunately when I went in the two workers who were there must not have understood what celiac disease/gluten “allergy” was because one of them stirred my Mac n cheese with a spatula and then set it down on a cutting board covered in bread crumbs and then stirred it again… and then asked me if I wanted bread crumbs on top💀.

I ordered the gluten free pasta. They also have gluten free bread to make grilled cheeses. The staff was knowledgeable about what sauces were gluten free. I told them I was worried about cross contamination because the broccoli was right beside the regular pasta. She got broccoli from the back that was nowhere near the pasta. She also changed her gloves before and after she made my food. I have Celiac Disease and have never been sick eating at this restaurant.
