I Love Sushi Japanese Cuisine

Have a gluten allergy and multiple health challenges requiring a gluten free diet. They have gluten and dairy free options clearly marked on their menu, accept allergy requests, and have multiple rolls that are naturally gf. It was my go-to sushi place for my other gf friends and I when living in Huntsville. They also offer gf soy sauce when dining in.

Awesome experience today. Menu is marked with GF items and I ordered a marked sushi roll. I told her I needed gluten free and she said it would come out on a separate plate. I did not expand on my needs because I had eaten there several times before and never had an issue. When she brought my sushi roll she said she had them change gloves, cutting board and utensils before preparing it. Most places resent you questioning their procedures, so it was refreshing that they did all of that without being asked. Also, it was delicious!

I’ve been here decently often. I love that they have sushi! There might have been one time I reacted to it slightly the day after but honestly I still go there. You do have to make sure they know it needs to be gluten free! They also don’t have gluten free soy sauce to my knowledge.

Several sushi rolls are gluten free on the menu, including most of the vegetable rolls. I ordered the cucumber roll, avocado roll, and veggie roll.

Great place! So understanding of my celiac. They have a gluten free menu and are very accommodating. If you LOVE sushi, this is the place to go! No flare up for me. I’ll be back!
