My family has been here many times as they have the best sushi, but this was the first visit since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. My options were much more limited but they were very accommodating. Sitting at the sushi bar allows you to speak directly with the sushi chefs who prepare your food (excludes kitchen items - server handles this). The rice vinegar used in the sushi rice is NOT gluten free. I ordered the omakase sashimi plate (chef’s choice fish) with a bowl of plain rice on the side. The plate may include fried shrimp head which is itself gluten free as it is coated only in corn starch, however they are fried in the same frier as tempura (not gluten free) so you may want to request this be excluded. They also offered the option to order omakase nigiri using plain rice instead of sushi rice. The rotating sides that come with omakase are likely not gluten free. Edamame is the only appetizer marked as gluten free on the menu. They have gluten free soy sauce available. While options are more limited, staff were knowledgable and accommodating and the fish is always incredible.
