Delicious sushi with a lovely view! They had packets of tamari, so it was clear that there wasn't going to be cross-contamination with that.

Many GF options marked on menu but server did not seem aware of cross-contamination issues and unforgivingly the GF tamari is refilled into regular soy sauce container.

All of the servers are kind and knowledgable about gluten free options. Su is the nicest. On top of nice people, the sushi is amazing. I'm a strict celiac, have eaten here multiple times, and never had a reaction. I've talked with a manager about the spicy rolls that are not marked gluten free and she told me that the spicy sauce the use is siracha (which says gluten free on the bottle) but since they couldn't confirm ingredient sourcing with the manufacturer they don't list it as gluten free. So FYI, if you can eat siracha you can probably eat the spicy rolls.
Yes
Many tasty gluten-free items on the menu. They took the time to call and suggest other options when I accidentally picked a wheat-containing roll in my otherwise gluten-free to-go order. Much appreciated.
