All the cake bases were gluten free which means there's probably no flour in the air. The owner said that she's careful with the cross contamination but didn't really say to what measure. The ingredients such as cookies in some of the ice cream flavors are what makes some gluten free and some not. I had no problem with my ice cream cake that time, not sure if it was luck or good practices.
