Ibiza Tapas Danbury

I am so pleased! They had fantastic labeling and if my server did not know if something had gluten in it, he would make a point to find out for me. The owner was also super helpful and knowledgeable about all the dishes. When one of the dishes had toast in it they made a specific one without the toast for me!

Not celiac friendly. There are "GF" dishes but testing on Nima yielded gluten found.

One of my all time favorite places to eat! They cook with simple healthy ingredients and make everything taste amazing! Lots of gf options.
