Love the restaurant it was clean and the food was amazing. They are all Gluten free restaurant there was no cross contamination. Everyone there was friendly and willing to help with whatever dietary restrictions you have.

What a great little 100% gluten free restaurant! The staff are so kind and will answer any questions. They really get gluten free here and understand that with celiac you can’t have any cross contamination. I had the chicken tinders and fries and sausage breakfast “McGriddle” and was so impressed. Even my gluten eating boyfriend really liked it here.

Gluten free facility. I first tried them when they are at the mall. Now they have a cute cafe at centennial and garden of the gods. I ordered a Philly Cheese steak and French fries. I loved the French fries. The Philly cheese steak was pretty salty and peppery. Next time I will see if they can decrease the spices. The flavor was good though. I didn't take points off because I normally don't use pepper at all so what they use might be normal for regular people. I'm glad they partnered with Julie's for their caramels. I've loved Julie's since I found her at a farmer's market in town. I will be back for sure, but think I'll order a grilled cheese next time. Their mozzarella sticks sounded good too. I did but cinnamon rolls, apple hand pies, caramels, and caramel shortbread. All delicious. It was nice to sit and eat there too. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. This will be my new favorite place while I'm in town.

Everything is gluten free and you wouldn’t know it!! We were in gluten free Heaven! My children could have anything they wanted celiac safe!! The chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, French fries and fancy pants grilled cheese were delectable!!

The entire establishment is 100% gluten free.

I had a grilled turkey and cheese with apples, and my daughter had the pepperoni pizza bites. We shared a bag of cheese balls. Everything was delicious! Their selection of baked goods is wonderful, and they have lots of yummy savory dishes as well. They are working to get their new location up and running (no small feat during a pandemic!) and were very attentive and welcoming. My only complaint is that they are across town - hoping for an east side location someday :)

I'm also dairy free - had a great club sandwich on vegan gf bread. Their selection of dairy free baked goods was really limited, which was disappointing because they looked so good.

Do yourself a favor and head on over to Chapel Hills Mall for some of the best GF baked goods you’ve ever tasted. Two words: butter croissants. 100% GF kitchen, safe for the gluten intolerant to the highly sensitive celiac. It’s a family owned and operated operation, and they care so much about the GF community in Colorado Springs.

Amazing!!!!!! Highly recommend i.c.being. My favorite is chocolate croissants and chocolate chips cookies. The owners are really nice and the prices are very affordable.

I was so excited that I could actually eat the unicorn cake for my little girls birthday. It looked amazing but tasted even better. I’ve tried several things including donuts, croissants, cake, and many others and will definitely be back here on a regular basis. You can tell they put their heart and soul into the cooking.

Staff was able to bake custom GF cakes for my daughter’s 18th birthday. They came out amazing and moist and without the grit that’s so common in GF breads. Most of the kids at the party thought they were gourmet cakes. They are always fixing up something different and new... oh and they serve great coffee - much better than *$s!

I had Chicken and Dumplings and it was totally amazing. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious, also. I’ll go again and again😀
