Best waiter for sure. Restaurant is tucked back and further down Main Street which was nice. Felt like a little break from hustle. Was really helpful and patient. Had nachos which were gluten free and very filling. Son who is symptomatic celiac had whole hog sandwich gluten free bun loved it. I had ribs. Cooked very well. No one got sick 👍👍

I shared the BBQ combo with my daughter. She said she didn't know what kind of meat she was eating but it was good. It has all bbq meats, ribs, chicken, pulled pork. Setting: back yard of an Inn away from town. No cross contamination, sever was knowledgeable.

I love the Ice house! The staff was extremely accommodating to my gluten free needs and even had a staff member with celiac. Overall the service was excellent and the food outstanding! A lot of great gluten free options !

I loved this place. There are tables in a pretty garden in back of a hotel with games like Corn Hole etc. most of the BBQ options are GF. The waitress was very knowledgeable about what was/wasn’t GF and they seem to take allergies seriously. My daughter’s hamburger did come with a regular bun (we were suspicious when the bun looked just like the regular bun) and the waitress apologized and said she had made a mistake. They made a new burger quickly.

We ate here twice for lunch in late July (I'm celiac). The first time I had the brisket, excluding any cornbread. The second time I had the BBQ combo, which included brisket, chicken, and pulled pork. Both meals were delicious and I felt comfortable that they took my concerns seriously.
The waitress made a specific note about my celiac and reassured me that they handle people with allergies all the time.
As things went so well the first time, I went back again the next day.

Fantastic! Food was delicious and server knowledgeable! BBQ sauces are gluten free. Best meal on the island so far for the celiac and his traveling party!
