The person who took my order was knowledge about allergies. They have a sign at the counter listing the allergies they can accommodate. She said all their ice creams are gluten free, you just need to watch out for toppings (like graham crackers). My ice cream was super delicious, I think the ice creams are fresh and then flash frozen upon ordering. They sell dog ice cream too!! Check it out :)
